Lead and Assistant SoftWash Engineers

Right Way Power Washing is looking for an Assistant Lead Tech to help our fast-growing exterior cleaning company. Individual will be responsible for working with Lead Engineer and Customers directly.

No experience is necessary, as Right Way will provide training, materials, tests, and certifications to help grow into higher positions.

Similar experience in power washing, roofing, painting, pest control, construction, gutter cleaning, house washing, decks restoration, patio cleaning, window washing, etc. is desired.

Applicants must be able to carry ladders, use long cleaning poles, and lift-up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and all employees undertake mandatory background checks, and are required to carry ID badges when on the job.

Full-time & Part Time Positions Available
Salary: $20.00 to $50.00/hour
Job Location: Naperville, IL (requires travel to local service area)
