Our program is designed to provide yearly services, but there is flexibility in rotating items as needed. For instance, the first year it may be necessary to wash the house, roof and patio. The next year it may be desired to clean the fence, condition the roof and clean the concrete driveway.
HOUSE WASH & SIDING CLEANING
House Siding cleaning includes removal of dirt, grime, and algae. But our ALWAYS CLEAN MEMBERSHIP program may include a normal cleaning and/or a house wax for appropriate sidings, keeping your home looking better and lasting longer. Annual cleanings allow us to lower our chemical and detergent settings due to less infestation, making it easier on our surroundings.
ROOF TREATMENT
Roof cleaning is initially purchased to remove existing algae, lichen, and moss. Our ALWAYS CLEAN MEMBERSHIP may provide additional conditioning for asphalt roof tiles, which stops shingles from drying out and provides additional waterproofing and flexibility.
CONCRETE CLEANING & SEALING
Concrete driveway cleaning and sealing protects against salt, pitting and erosion. Our ALWAYS CLEAN MEMBERSHIP allows us to remove new any unwanted organic stains caused from trees and leaves and includes an oil and grease enzyme remover.
BRICK PAVER RESTORATION
Brick Paver maintenance is vital to keeping your patio, walkway, driveway and other brick footings looking their best. Brick paver restoration is an expensive but necessary part of keeping your patio from sinking, water intrusion, protruding tiles, bacteria growth, and other possible damage. Our ALWAYS CLEAN MEMBERSHIP also provides annual cleanings and on-going weed protection and inspections.
